There are lots of ways to make them I like this way best
24 hard-boiled eggs
About 3 lb of ground sausage
One canned biscuit per egg ( I like whole wheat)
remove shell from hard-boiled eggs.
cover each egg completely with sausage.
fry until brown and sausage is done.
Now roll each egg into a biscuit and bake
until biscuit is done. roll in foil and freeze for a fast meal in the woods or on the next fishing trip.
