Pork roast
i gotta pork roast that im thinking of 'crock potting', any thoughts on ingredients to throw in with it? cooking time...high/low??

Sauerkraut...and a can of beer.....put in crock pot and let go for a least 8 hours on low...(don't matter whether or not pork is froze or thawed). Serve over mashed potates.......a little slice of heaven right here on earth!
