Remington model 29
One of the guys at work has a Rem model 29 12 gauge that ;he wants to turn into a home defence gun. It is pretty decent shape stock could use a going over and has some light rust that should clean up okay. any idea what these are worth? I am thinking he might be better off choping up a cheap Mossy.

Don't cut it. 1920's era $250 $300

ditto on no cut can pick up a $100 to $150 cheap pump to chop off, remingtong 29 is some what collectable.
