Root Beer Baby Back Ribs 2 slabs baby back ribs , bout 6 lbs 1 lemon halved 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasonings 2 cans (12 oz each) root beer soda 1 cup bottled barbecue sauce 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Prepare grill for indirect heat cooking..Prick ribs with fork. Squeeze juice from lemon halves over ribs, rubbing to coat. Let stand 10 minutes. Rub ribs with 2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning. Place ribs seasoned side down on grill over direct heat. Cook 2 minuts Turn ribs over and place over indirect heat. Cover grill; cook until very tender, about 2 hours. Meanwhile, in pot onver medium-high heat, combine soda, barbecue sauce, vinegar, and remaining Montreal Seasoning; cook until thickened, about 35 minutes. Brush ribs twice with sauce during the last 20 minutes of cooking time.. Great on chicken too. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
