Selling My S R K-31
Well since I went black plastic in handguns and rifles I may have to depart with my Swiss K-31. Where is the best place to sell it and what should I expect to get for it. It has been a safe queen, I never shot it, all in VG to excellent condition.

John, In excellent condition, they sell for about $150.00.

k31
Hi I was just wondering if your k31 has the soildiers ID tag under the buttplate. It is my understanding that when the rifle was issued, the new owner put their ID number and some other info on a piece of paper then put under the buttplate. If it has this tag then it may be worth more than 150.00 also if it has a walnut stock instead of beech it may be worth more. My 2cents,but I'm no expert. :D

Gunpaq, is is the standard model or the caribiner/short carbine model? I'd certainly be interested in buying it if its the longer barreled model. You can also sell it for no fee at Gunsandall.com. I'm the advertising director of the site, so if you need help just send me a pm.

Never checked mine, ought to look. I have a bayonet that fits them that is worth more than the rifle, it is the Swiss saw back bayonet.
