Tapioca Pudding....Made in the slow cooker...NO problem!
4 cups milk
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup small pearl tapioca
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt and wisk eggs well. Add milk to the slow cooker and wisk in egg-sugar mix...miz well...then add the tapioca...put on low heat and stir often...especially the last 2 hours.
Takes about 3 1/2 hours to cook....Yummy! Beats the boughten stuff hands down...and no messing around for 3 hours cooking with a double boiler!
I tasted my sauce before I started to cook it....tasted like ice cream before you freeze it!
